Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-30
Welcome to VidGrab Pro (the “Service”). The Service helps you turn a video link into study material such as transcripts, summaries, chapters and mind maps, and provides supporting features for video download and subtitle extraction. Please read the following terms carefully before using the Service.
1. What the Service provides
- Reading video information, downloading, and extracting platform subtitles: subject to daily count, duration and resolution limits; the limits shown on the page apply.
- AI video analysis: generates a transcript, summary, key points, chapters and a mind map, and lets you keep asking questions based on the result.
- The Service processes only links you submit yourself. It does not provide content search, recommendations or hosting.
2. What you submit
- You should only submit video links that you own the rights to, that you have been authorized by the rights holder to handle, or that you may handle under the rules that apply to you.
- You must not use the Service to infringe any third party’s copyright, likeness, privacy or other rights.
- You must not use the Service to get around access controls of the source platform, such as sign-in, payment, region or age restrictions.
- You must not use the Service for infringing distribution, piracy, bulk scraping, or any other conduct that breaches the rules of the source platform.
- Submitting a video link does not give you or the Service any ownership of, or authorization to use, that video.
- You are responsible for how you later use anything the Service generates, downloads or exports, including transcripts, summaries, mind maps and video files.
3. Our right to act
- For links and requests that may infringe the rights of others, breach the rules of the source platform, or breach these terms, we may restrict, suspend or refuse processing.
- When we receive a rights holder complaint or find a breach, we may take down, delete or restrict access to the related analysis result, or freeze the related video task.
- For accounts that abuse the Service, get around limits or send malicious requests, we may restrict features or deactivate the account.
4. AI analysis credits and payment
- AI video analysis is billed in AI analysis credits (AI Credits); video download and platform subtitle extraction do not use AI analysis credits.
- Charging rules, free allowance, plans and prices are those shown on the purchase page and in the credit description. We may change them and will post the change on the page.
- A failed analysis does not use AI analysis credits. A completed analysis is not refunded automatically because the content is later restricted.
- Depending on the site version you visit, payment may be available by Alipay (CNY) or USDT (BSC chain); payment is recognized by the server-side order status.
5. Your account
- Keep your account and password safe; actions taken under your account count as your own.
- Once an account is deactivated it can no longer be used to sign in or use the Service. Orders and credit ledger entries already created are kept for reconciliation.
6. Disclaimers and changes
- AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. It is for reference only; please verify anything important yourself.
- Changes at source platforms may make some links unreadable. We do not guarantee that any particular website will keep working.
- We may update these terms and will post the update on this page; for significant changes we will give notice on the home page or in the usage notice.
7. Complaints and contact
If you believe content processed by the Service infringes your rights, please submit it through the copyright complaint page. We will review it and you can track progress with the complaint number.
